Level 3 is usually someone’s first step into HR. Many learners have never written an academic assignment before. That’s fine. I start simple and build up. Units I  cover:

– 3CO02 Principles of Analytics
– 3CO03 Core Behaviors for People Professionals
– 3CO04 Essentials of People Practice

I explain each assessment criterion in everyday language, with workplace examples.

Degrees:
– BA Business and Human Resource Management
– CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma

Experience:
I have tutored about 750 Level 3 learners in twelve years. Most are HR assistants, admin staff, or people moving into HR from other roles. 3CO02 worries them most because of the data questions. I show them how to read simple HR metrics like turnover and absence. For 3CO04, I go through recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle. 3CO03 needs a personal reflection, so we work on their own examples. Many of my learners go on to Level 5 afterward.
