Not every CIPD learner works in generalist HR. Many run training, coaching, or talent development. This diploma is built for them, and so is my tutoring. I cover:
– 5CO01, 5CO02, and 5CO03 core units
– Learning needs analysis and learning design
– Digital learning, LMS platforms, and blended programs
– Coaching, mentoring, and evaluating learning impact

We use your own training programs as case material wherever possible.

Experience:
Over thirteen years, I’ve worked with close to 550 L&D learners. They include trainers, academy managers, and talent leads. Before tutoring, I managed a corporate learning academy for a Gulf telecom group. That gave me real examples of needs analysis and ROI. Evaluation is the weakest area for most learners. We go beyond Kirkpatrick and look at Phillips ROI and learning analytics. I also help learners design LMS-based programs for their assignments.
