I had a very disappointing experience with Presto Experts and strongly advise others to be cautious. I hired an expert named “Research Publication Expert” with a clear agreement on delivery by the end of February 2026. Not only was the deadline completely missed, but I also received zero deliverables — not even a partial draft. What’s worse is the repeated pattern of misleading promises. I was told multiple times that the work would be ready “in 2–3 days” or “by the end of the week,” yet nothing was ever delivered. When I finally requested a refund, it was refused without justification. To make matters worse, I filed a formal complaint with Presto Experts support and received no response for over a week. This shows a serious lack of accountability and customer support. Overall, this experience reflects unprofessional behavior, poor service, and a platform that does not adequately protect its customers. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
