students often come to me asking for a systematic review. After we talk, it turns out a scoping review fits their question much better. That’s fine. Picking the right review type early saves months. I work mostly with researchers from King Faisal University, Qassim University, King Khalid University, and Majmaah University.
What I help with:
– Scoping reviews using JBI guidance, the PCC framework, and PRISMA-ScR
– Umbrella reviews, with AMSTAR 2 ratings and checks for overlapping studies
– Rapid reviews when a hospital or ministry team needs an answer quickly
– Integrative reviews following Whittemore and Knafl
– Charting tables and evidence maps in Overleaf
Topics have shifted a lot with the health transformation programme. Right now I see many papers on health clusters, the Model of Care, telemedicine, and Saudization of the health workforce.
Degrees:
– MPH Health Policy and Management
– MBA Healthcare Administration
Experience:
My background in evidence synthesis goes back 9 years. Many of my clients are hospital administrators, quality staff, and Executive Master in Healthcare students. Some want to turn their capstone into a paper. With scoping reviews, I help write the PCC question and design the charting form first. The PRISMA-ScR diagram comes later. Umbrella reviews take more checking, because the same primary studies often appear in several reviews. Rapid reviews are the opposite, short and to the point, usually with a tight deadline. Long evidence tables are a pain in Word. In Overleaf I can make them run cleanly across pages. BMC Health Services Research and the Journal of Nursing Management are common targets for my clients.
