What does it cost? Rates vary by expert and subject. Your first 20 minutes with any expert are free, and you agree a fixed price before any paid work begins.
Can I get a refund? Yes. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on delivered work. UK and EU customers also have a 14-day legal right to cancel.
Is it confidential? Yes. We never share your name, institution, or work with anyone, and we never contact your school.
How should I use the papers you provide? For research and reference only. Papers from PrestoExperts are not to be submitted for academic credit.

Every expert is verified. We check qualifications and professional background before an expert can take work. The verified badge on a profile means we have done that check.
What the star rating means. Ratings come only from customers who have paid for and received work. An expert’s rating is the average across all their completed jobs, and the review count next to it tells you how much history sits behind that number. A 5.0 from six reviews is not the same signal as a 4.8 from two thousand.

Live sessions. Screen-share tutoring in real time. Best for working through problems, learning a method, or preparing for an exam.
Chat. Back-and-forth messaging with your expert. Best for quick questions and follow-ups between sessions. Responses are usually within minutes during agreed hours.
Email. Longer written responses, feedback on documents, and detailed explanations you can keep and re-read. Best when you need something you can refer back to.
All communication happens on the platform, which keeps a record for both sides. That record is what we use if a dispute ever arises, so it protects you as much as it protects the expert.
Rates are set by each expert and vary by subject and level. Postgraduate and professional-exam support costs more than first-year material.

You agree a fixed price before work starts. No hourly billing after the fact.
Packages cost less per hour than one-off sessions. If you know you need ongoing support, say so upfront.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The platform is served over HTTPS throughout.
In short: You have a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on delivered work. UK and EU customers additionally have a 14-day legal right to cancel an order. Neither affects your right to expect work carried out with reasonable care and skill.
If you are not satisfied with the work your expert delivered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will review your request.
How to claim
Consider a revision first. Revisions are free and usually faster. If the work missed the brief in a fixable way, tell your expert and they will put it right at no extra cost. Asking for a revision does not affect your right to request a refund afterwards.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after the contract is made. You do not need to give a reason.
To cancel, email service@prestoexperts.co.uk with your order reference and a statement that you wish to cancel. You can also use our [cancellation form]. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, to your original payment method.
Separately from the two rights above, work must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and must match what was described. If it is not, you are entitled to have it put right or to a reduction in what you paid.
This right is not limited to 7 or 14 days. Contact us whenever the problem comes to light.

If you are in the United States, there is no federal cooling-off period for online purchases — the FTC’s three-day rule covers door-to-door and temporary-location sales, not services bought online. Your protection is this published policy, which we are bound to honour, together with any rights under your state’s law.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We would rather resolve it directly, and it is almost always faster.

If a service promises you guaranteed grades, be careful. Nobody can guarantee a grade they are not marking, and the promise usually signals a service willing to do something that could get you excluded.
Yes, we take urgent work. Turnaround from 12 to 24 hours is possible for focused tasks — a single question, draft feedback, or one assessment criterion.
Bigger pieces need longer. Full-unit support, dissertations, and research projects cannot be compressed without the quality showing.
We will tell you honestly if a deadline is not realistic. We would rather turn work away than deliver something that fails.
If a deadline slips on our side, contact support immediately. Late delivery caused by us is grounds for a refund under the guarantee above.
