I guide SEU healthcare students through HQS 590, the final project of the executive master’s. Most of you will build it around a quality or safety issue in your own hospital. I offer tutoring and assistance with:
– Picking a quality improvement problem that fits the course
– Root cause analysis, fishbone diagrams, and FMEA
– PDSA cycles, KPIs, and measurement plans
– Linking your project to CBAHI, JCI, and Vision 2030 health goals

I always encourage you to use real cases from your workplace. They make the strongest projects.

I worked as a quality coordinator in a Riyadh hospital before I started tutoring. Over twelve years, I have guided about 1400 HQS 590 students. I often help with topics like medication errors, patient falls, and waiting times. I start with your baseline data, then we design the intervention together. I show you how to build run charts and control charts. Before you submit, I check your final report against the SEU rubric.
